Back in the US

Well, things are looking better now. I've adjusted back into the US. :P I guess all I needed was time.

There's nothing new, other than I'm feeling better and calmer now.

I just have to include a note. When I arrived at the airport, after some time, I eventually had to go through the customs office (or whatever it's called). I declared that I have "food" with me on the sheet (I carried some really nice biscuits with me :P), and when I arrived at the desk, the lady there asked me, "You declared food. What type of food do you have?" and I said, "Biscuits" and then she said an interesting reply, "That's not food, you know."

I seriously was baffled. I mean, I'm sure there were a thousand and one good responses to that, but I was just so amazed and thought, "Did she really say that?" that I couldn't think of anything and just walked away. :P

Going to Europe!

Random Updates

Well, I went to that ceremony on that Saturday, and it was very nice. We were given specific information about the trip. I hung out with LDB for the last time (while she was in New Jersey, because she moved to Florida). Much later after that -- last Thursday and Friday to be precise -- I went to the summer orientation at my university. It certainly gave me a feeling of college life. Of course, at the time, it all seemed overwhelming. Not to mention, most of the important information will be sent in August (while I'm away in Europe). Perfect timing. >_< In any case, I will leave the US on the 21st of July to go to Austria, I'll stay there until I go to Italy, and I'll be there from the 1st to the 25th of August. I also planned a side-trip to Germany (Berlin) from the 4th to the 6th of August. I hope that goes well too. Overall, I'm very excited, but somewhat nervous.
